Opening keynote speaker, Karen Rogers, vice president of Electronic Channels Marketing for FedEx, spoke about the benefits banks and credit unions can realize by adopting a customer experience management strategy that strengthens their brands.
Diana Oreck, Vice President of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company's Leadership Center, focused her closing keynote address on how financial institutions can adopt their own customer service 'Gold Standards.' Her remarks linked superior customer service to market leadership in the competitive financial services industry.

Digital Insight set a new attendance record with its sixth annual client conference as just under 750 attendees, including 475 from nearly 300 financial institutions participated. The company announced the 2006 client conference will be held April 9-11 at the Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando(R) in Orlando, Fla.
